Yes, ladies and gents! It’s springtime!
And this time of year brings back countless new flowers, fresh smells, and dusty, long-forgotten cleaning products out of our dark closets.
We hit the tiles running this weekend, armed with rags and bottles of disinfectant sprays in each hand. I found corners I had learned to ignore, and wiped up grime that was starting to build walls of its own.
I’d like to admit to you that I thoroughly enjoyed this cleaning spree. Quite possibly, I had a hard time slowing down after it was all said and done. I found more surfaces to polish, and met more dust to whisk away with my magic wand.
Cleaning renews my sense of space. The squeaky clean surfaces give me back my freedom. There is now room for the new. I can breathe with ease and feel the lightness of being once again.
Cheers to putting old dirt in its rightful place!
